I collected images I felt fit into the genre of Alternative hip-hop. I chose popular artists such as Jay-Z, Gym Class Heroes and N*E*R*D. I wanted to include Daft Punk, as many of their songs are sampled in different songs, regardless of artist or genre, for example Kanye West's "Stronger" sampled Daft Punk's "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger". I selected these images as I feel they accurately show what I want to do with my magazine, as it shows equipment used and the typical clothing styles a fan of Alternative hip-hop. Unfortunately I was unable to get the text to align with the images the way I wanted it to, despite trying several methods.
