I aim to target males between the ages of 14-19 with an intrest in Hip-Hop, Alternative Hip-Hop or Rock. Being a 16 year old male, I feel I could ensure that the audience are interested in the magazine simply by making it into a magazine I would be interested in reading. Obviously I cannot just produce a magazine solely on what I want and expect that to do well, so I will try to include features on artists that fit more into the genre of hip-hop.
I want to keep the layout of the magazine basic, and find a set colour scheme. I am considering white, grey and red but I don't want to make a definite decision right away. My potential colour scheme is based on other house styles of magazines such as NME, XXL and OK!
